Parade and all things summer

So we just got back from the parade in So Jo. It was awesome. One of my favorite things to do as a kid was to go to the Fourth of July Parade in Riverton. Well Dave was going to go play tennis with his dad this morning and me and the boys hitched a ride for the town days parade. Benji loaded up on candy and we even saw Gramps Juan driving a tractor for the Gale Center. I don't think he realized it was us though. I kept shouting "Grandpa", but it was almost as if he were looking right through us. Plus he's a little deaf, so maybe he didn't hear us above the roar of the tractor. I also saw my friend Amanda from high school. She gave us a good throwing of candy. Anyway it was great and I just have to say I love parades and all things summer.
