So this morning I did Yoga, sort of for the first time. I tried it once before, but they didn't say anything so I was lost and turned it off after 5 minutes. We have Directv with the fit channel and I thought I might as well take advantage of some of the programs. I DVR'd a couple of workouts and boy is it hard to do yoga. My arms are killing me. It's awesome though because you get to breath after each exercise. I really like it and I think I could really get into it. Maybe I'll end up with a rock hard body like Madonna. I think it's a great way to strengthen and tone your muscles with no impact, something I need right now since I'm falling apart. Anyway I highly recommend it to anyone and everyone.
