We spent the day at Union Station in Ogden they have a train, car, and gun museums.
SATURDAY
We went to Ikea to get some fabric to make a panel for the front window. Then we went to In-n-Out, where they gave Benji a hat, but somehow James ended up with it. Saturday was also Dave and I's anniversary, number 6. We went to Boondock's together and it was fun hanging out and playing games. We also bought fireworks and shared them with the boys and Dave's parents (they were nice enough to watch the boys for us).

SUNDAY
The celebration of the birth of our nation. I must admit I get really teary eyed when I think about it all. I cry at parades when the flag comes marching down. I cry during the star-spangled banner. In other news, I got 2 new callings at church, one is the ward music director and the second is activities committee, with Dave. After church we went to visit my dad, since my mom's in K.C. visiting Chuck. Unfortunately he was sleeping, but surprised us with a visit later anyway.
MONDAY
Yard work and Fishing and In-n-out again. Grandpa went with us fishing at a local pond, not as much fun as fishing out of a reservoir. When we were packing up to leave I actually caught a fish, a big old ugly catfish. Then last night I completed the panel for the window, hopefully that blocks out the afternoon sun.
All in all a pretty great weekend.
