After the kids went to bed, Dave and I stayed up stargazing. He pulled out his old boy scout book and we looked up some of the star constellations.
The moon was pretty bright last night, so making out some of them was a smidge difficult, but fun nevertheless.
We of course found the big dipper, the north star, (couldn't see the little dipper very well), vega, hercules, lyra, casiopiea(?), and several others.
The best part of the night was when we saw a shooting star. I didn't make a wish, I thought about it, regretted it a bit later, but I really do feel blessed right now with the things I need so what more could I want? (Well except for maybe a money tree.)
