So I feel like I am starting at square one as far as exercise. I don't know if I have been in this place before and frankly I don't like it. This past week I have been playing Just Dance 2 on the wii every night. It's kind of a huge accomplishment for me at this time, in this place that I have become. Anyway even after a week I can feel the difference. I don't think I have lost a single pound but my body feels stronger and my lungs can breathe a little deeper. Someday I might be able to run again but for now I am content with my little accomplishment however small it may be.
