Little Miss Lucy

Went to see my niece last night with my mom. She is one amazing girl. Every time I see her I love her more and more. She will be headed to Stanford in the next week or two to have another open heart surgery. She is so cute, a fighter and you can tell she is an old soul. When you look in her eyes you can see wisdom and understanding there. I feel like I am at the feet of a great teacher a dalai lama. She knows why she is here, she knows what has to be done and she does it all willingly and with the cutest smile. I feel so blessed to know her. I can see why she is such a favorite around that hospital, she is a favorite in my book too. I send her all the prayers and well wishes for her next hurdle. She is going to fight through.
