Dear Sweet Mexican Vanilla,
Oh how I miss you. I couldn't justify buying you at the store, because you cost so much, if only I had an inside connection, someone taking a trip to Mexico. I bought the cheaper vanilla extract and baking goodies have never been the same. Your sweet concoction is so delicious. I miss you so much. I'm tempted to go and buy you anyway, it's almost to the point where I can justify the expense. Maybe I can find you online at a cheaper rate. I sure hope so. I hope to see you soon in my cupboard, because things just aren't the same around here without you.
