At least that's what I told my sis-in-law when she opened the door to me and my parents yesterday. I had to come and see my new nieces in Kansas City and my bro, sis, and nephew. They had no idea I was coming, and Chuck just happened to be on a youth trip with his ward, so I don't get to see him until today. I haven't seen him since Christmas. I have withdrawals when I don't see my family. It's weird I know, but they are my favorite people in the whole world.
Anyway today my nieces are being blessed by their grandpas, whom they are named after: Hazel McKay and Lucy Blair. They are so delicious. I love little babies. Such cute lumps you can hold and they let you, my boys squirm away after a few seconds.
My nephew Jack is so scrumptious in his own right too. That boy has the best high pitched laugh and he let me chase him around the house. He's really smart too knows his letters and numbers and can read some. He reminds me of Benji at that age, only a little smarter (Benji couldn't read, but knew his alphabet and numbers). His hair is adorable too with cute little curls in it. Oh, such a doll.
The best part of the day though was when Eliza's dad told me I basically looked younger than Chuck. Being 30 and told you look younger than your 26 year old brother totally made my day, probably my week, if not my year. Oh to be 24 again?! He really is one of my new favorite people. :)
So now if I can get my parents out of bed and on over to Chuck's I'll be in more hog heaven. Only problem is they're fast asleep and me all ready to go. Oh well, back to waiting.
