The Next Chapter

So this last round failed too, but I am really not that sad about it. Actually I am really excited. I neeeeeeed a break. So my next goal is to lose some poundage. It's gonna be long and hard because I am doing it the slow and difficult way, but every time I do it that way it stays off. When I try these quick fixes it comes back and then some. So exercising, weight lifting and eating better. I can't give up everything but I am going to lessen the amounts of those things I would normally consume large quantities of. So far, so good. I started on Saturday, because it is suicide to start on a Monday, I prefer Wednesday but what can you do? Wish me luck!
