Day four and I am already feeling pretty good. The only problem I have is making sure I eat enough calories. I thought I would track it just to make sure. I can eat a ton of healthy food and be completely stuffed and still not eat enough calories to sustain me. So I feel like I have to eat more than I normally would. I think it will be easier once I add fruit back in. I am also drinking a ton of water. At least a gallon everyday although the past two days I have craved much more. Exercise is going pretty well too, although my calves have been killing me. I am pretty excited about this go around. It doesn't seem as daunting to me, but we shall see next week, for now so far so good.
