I finally put a panel up in the last uncovered window of our house. I am cheap and sewed two pieces of fabric together to make the front part, an old sheet for the back, tubing from sprinklers and I had to buy 2 dowels, hence the $2 fix. I guess it would have cost more had I not had all the other stuff, but again...I am cheap. I hope it cuts down on the afternoon heat. Now what to do next?
